WASHINGTON, D.C.—The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the induction of Serena Michelle Best, Ph.D., Professor of Materials Science, Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy, University of Cambridge, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Best was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows for pioneering contributions towards innovative and transformative research in tissue engineering at the materials-medicine-biochemistry interface.
