Poropatich, M.D., Colonel, Retired, US Army and Professor of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine Department of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh and Executive Director, Center for Military Medicine Research, University of Pittsburgh and Senior Advisor for Telemedicine, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Adjunct Professor of Medicine, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD, Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine, University of Pittsburgh, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Poropatich was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For outstanding contributions in the field of medical informatics with particular emphasis on mobile health and telemedicine in military/civilian settings.
