Dean Loboa named vice chancellor for Strategic Partnerships

University of Missouri Chancellor Alexander Cartwright appointed MU Engineering Dean Elizabeth Loboa as the vice chancellor for Strategic Partnerships during his campus address on Wednesday. She will hold the position in addition to her duties as dean.
