WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Cesario Borlongan, Ph.D., Distinguished Professor, USF Morsani College of Medicine Neurosurgery Distinguished Professor, University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery and Brain Repair, University of South Florida, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Borlongan was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For outstanding contributions and international leadership in the advancement of experimental therapies for neurological disorders, especially stroke stem-cell therapy.
