WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Lawrence M. Boyd, Ph.D., Adjunct Professor Associate Director, Center for Entrepreneurship and Research Commercialization, Biomedical Engineering and Engineering Management, Duke University, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Boyd was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For sustained contributions to medical device development in orthopaedic applications and innovative approaches to promoting and educating student entrepreneurs.
