WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Hani A. Awad, Ph.D., Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Professor of Orthopaedics, Professor of Musculoskeletal Research, Biomedical Engineering, University of Rochester, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Awad was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For innovation and research in the field of musculoskeletal tissue engineering focused on repair of cartilage, bone and tendon.
